REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, the United States spent huge funds to finance an expensive and devastating war in Iraq and Afghanistan. A website monitoring revealed that the warmongering policy of the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan have cost American taxpayers at 1.35 trillion U.S. dollars in 2001.

But according to data provided by the Reuters news agency the real amount of money spent by the U.S. government preformance war is far above what is quoted on the official site thecostofwar.com.

Reuters reports, costly war the U.S. was not only financially, but also about the loss of human life. Estimate does not even take into account the cost of treating serious illnesses or permanent war-related mental disorders.

Heavy cost of the war dirogoh pockets of American taxpayers took place at a time when the average citizen Uncle Sam's face the economic crisis worsened.
